The Company is a public limited company and accordingly, the liability of its Shareholders is limited to the amount paid up or to be paid up on their shares. The Company intends to conduct its affairs to enable itself to qualify as the principal company of a REIT for the purposes of Part 12 of the CTA 2010 (and the regulations made thereunder). We own and manage high quality single let logistics properties, enabling our tenants to operate modern distribution networks. We focus on the selective acquisition and active management of single-let, ‘last mile’ logistics properties.
